What is Congruence

Congruence is defined as coinciding, agreeing or being in harmony. It is an essential element of the process of intention and co-creation. Often we can be 100% resonant with our intentions and still not experience the full manifestation of them.

There can be a variety of reasons for this. In order to fully manifest what we desire, we must live consciously from a place of non-attachment, non-judgment and non-resistance. We must also be congruent.

Is there a place in your life where you’re attached, judgmental or resistant?

Judging
The idea or thought that the timing must be in a certain time frame is one of being judgmental. When we have judged the timing we may decide that because it has not happened, it won’t. When we have time limits on our intentions we often give up on the intention before it manifests physically. Formulating intentions that are based on our goals and desires is a good practice. Being present to what is, requires that we not attach a timeline to when it manifests or give up on the intention because it did not happen in our time.

Being Attached
Having an attachment to what the manifested version of the intention is often another barrier to manifestation. When we have a position with regard to what this is going to look like, we limit our options and may not recognize the manifestation if it appears in another form.

Resistance
Have you been congruent in taking actions and holding beliefs that supported manifestation of your intention? If some of your actions and beliefs do not support fulfillment of the intention, you are not fully congruent. Ask yourself a question. “Which of my actions and beliefs did not support the fulfillment of this intention?” This question opens the door to amazing awareness. The shortest distance between two points is a straight line and often this question will reveal several places where you may be holding back. You may also notice some limiting beliefs that no doubt have created resistance along the way.

There are lots of folks out there with remedies for manifestation. You can buy hypnotic products that are touted to clear your barriers to manifestation and co-creation. The bottom line is that no matter how many tapes, programs, seminars, workshops, teleclasses, e-courses, coaching programs you participate in, without congruence your results will be marginal at best. Why settle for less than you desire and deserve?

Are you congruent . . . walking your talk . . . mind and body in total agreement . . . fully resonating with what you believe?

Our Consciousness Shifting process is very effective in identifying and shifting limiting beliefs, negativity and resistance. The process involves going to deeper levels than most techniques reach. We identify the circular logic patterns that are tied to the limited beliefs. The fear based patterns cannot be eliminated by subliminal programming or hypnosis. They cannot be stopped by tapping although your attention can be diverted away from the pain.

These are the patterns of immobility. Once identified, these patterns can be easily erased using the consciousness shifting process. It doesn’t take a lot of time, and it’s simple and elegant. Our goal in sharing this work is to support you in being the best you can be in the shortest period of time. The process can be applied to any aspect of life from relationships to abundance, from money to peace.

When you have a plan that includes inspired action and you are congruent with your intentions, you will easily move beyond the areas of resistance.

Abundance and Reserves

Often when we think of the term abundance, we think of money or wealth, but truly abundance relates to having enough. As a coach I want my clients to have reserves in all areas of their lives. Having enough to just get by is simply not good enough nor will it create the kind of extraordinary life that is possible when one moves out of scarcity.

Reserves apply to all areas of our life; material and non-material. Reserves of time allow spontaneity; reserves of money prevent fear and allow flexibility in regards to what one does with their time. A reserve of energy gives you enough personal power to take advantage of the situation you are in and to enjoy your life. Reserves of household items and food will carry you through an emergency or disaster. Reserves of emotional strength allow you to be there for someone and be truly present when it makes a difference.

Abundance is similar to reserves in many ways. If you are a person who has a to-do list that is so long you can never imagine seeing the end of it, you are certainly not in abundance with regard to time. If you are someone who is under a great deal of stress that is imposed by other demands on you, you will deplete your personal power and emotional strength as you meet the demands. If you are someone who never has time for themselves, you are not living an abundant life. If complaining about the situation you are in is part of your routine, you will not be in a place to notice everything you have to be grateful for nor will you feel particularly blessed with abundance.

Who do you know who always has time for what is important to her? Who do you know who has reserves in all areas of his life? How is a life with abundance and reserves created? How would it be for you to have reserves in every area?

Certain qualities are inherent in an abundant life. These include and are not limited to courage, gratitude, clarity, patience, openness, consistency, acknowledgment, enthusiasm, respect and having fun. We have been conditioned over our lifetime to have beliefs that limit the abundance in our lives. This programming becomes a hidden internal motivator and creates scarcity in the areas where we most crave reserves.

You can turn this around and create abundance where there has been scarcity; here are some things to consider:

  1. Be aware of what limiting beliefs or scarcity patterns you are living with. Awareness always precedes change and when you begin noticing what you are thinking, you can change your thoughts. Working with a life coach who knows how to consciousness shift will help you find and shift the negativity and limiting patterns.
  2. Tell yourself the truth of what is. You must be willing to look at your life or situation from this perspective. If you do not acknowledge where you are, it’s difficult to create new possibilities.
  3. Change your operating system from a do, have, be mode to a be, have, do mode. This is a very important distinction because in the first you are doing (your to do list), in order to have something, so you can be someone. When you leave "do do" land you create the space for being and inspired action.
  4. Identify your intended result; we call this starting with the end in mind. When you know what your intention is (where you want to be) and how you will measure it (know you have arrived), you will find that your results will manifest rather magically and effortlessly.
  5. Connect with your dream (vision) so that you can fuel it with your passion. Can you list 10 things that you would like to do, have, be or experience before leaving the planet? Many of us never consider what we truly want.
  6. Remember that you are bigger than your problem. Move, dance, breathe, take a walk, be in nature, play with your dog, do anything that will shift your energy from the heaviness you feel and allow the wisdom of your higher self to come to your assistance.
  7. Keep an abundance journal. This is also knows as a gratitude journal and it will make a huge difference in your life. Every day list the 10 things you are grateful for and then list another 5 things that you can acknowledge yourself for. Gratitude and acknowledgement are powerful tools in this process.

Our ability to create abundance and reserves in our lives is related to how well we are able to manifest our dreams. Are you living your dream?

Mediocrity or Excellence; What Do You Choose?

(Mediocrity- a quality that is adequate or acceptable but not very good; Excellence- superiority; the quality or state of being outstanding and superior)

I have been thinking a lot lately about the ways our society and culture drives us to accept mediocrity as the norm for our lives. Some of this is so subtle we may not be aware of it and some of it we may think we can do nothing about. I, for one, am tired of the messages that we are pummeled with on a daily basis and invite you to choose to be tired of them as well. To that end I have shared some of the messages and/or assumptions that I feel are the most toxic for you to consider. What if you could create or accept a different reality? What if the pictures that are being painted for you on a daily basis are simply an illusion? If you knew that, would you make different choices?

Aging
How wonderful and magnificent this thing we call our body is! I am grateful that all of my parts work! And I wonder why we think we must age and lose function? That arthritis, hair loss and slowed metabolism are normal? Could this occur because it is what is programmed as an expectation into the collective and it becomes our self-fulfilling prophecy? What if it could be different? There are 3 types of age. Two of the three can be reversed or stopped, (we do this in our resetting your Bio-Stat retreat). Just because you are chronologically 50 does not mean you need to be psychologically 50 or that the cells of your body must function as a 50 year old. The question for you is: will you agree with the media, the collective and the illusion of all the evidence around you, or will you choose to be young regardless of your chronological age? We have all met people who looked and felt great and appeared younger than their years and we have all met people who looked old before their time. Do you ever wonder what the difference is in these two different situations?

Dis-ease
I am so grateful for an awareness I have and a choice I have made that says, headaches, indigestion, insomnia and depression are not normal and do not have to be tolerated. I know that I don’t need drugs to deal with any of these “conditions” because I know that there is no disease in the mind of God (or if you like spirit or universe). Each of these is a symptom of something else that is going on. Our bodies have an innate intelligence that knows what is needed. Our problem is that many of us are no longer in touch with our bodies. Instead we allow the pharmaceutical industry to program us via television, radio and print advertising into an acceptance of “dis-ease” as a normal occurrence that can be remedied with toxic medications.

ED
Men are given the message that erectile dysfunction is normal and you can correct it with a pill. So if you are a guy with it, you are not alone and, if you don’t have it, you may think something is wrong with you because you are not having the same experience all the other guys are having. And what about those smiling, happy, women who are with the guy that got the pill. The message loud and clear says; erectile dysfunction + a pill = a happy woman. YIKES! This is insane! It’s nuts! And the beat goes on . . .

Anorexic and Airbrushed
How do you feel about the constant messages young girls and women are given via airbrushed, anorexic models on the cover of trendy magazines. Do you choose to accept these messages as true . . . this is the look to get no matter what, or do you feel less than because you don’t look like that? Will you recognize that this bit of “perfection” is created and is not real? It is an illusion – the question is; will you let that illusion determine how you are in your world?

Being connected
Our quality of life seems to be eroding by the minute as we become more and more wired and “wi-fied”. Why do we think we need this and that this is a good idea? What is the impact of this technology on our health and well being? Where is the research that says it is safe? We have a habit of thinking our government will take care of us and to that end would never expose us to something that is untested or unsafe. What if we are wrong about that assumption? What if these wireless devices such as cell phones, are not safe? What if you chose to research this as I and others have and found there is a problem? Would you then take action to protect yourself? Would you make another choice?

What happened to being? The connection we are looking for will not be found by being online with a bunch of other people who are on line. This is not connecting, although it’s a pretty good illusion. Do you really want to be connected with others? That happens by being in relationship with others. And to do that we have to be present. Will you put aside the distractions and habits that cause you to check out or avoid real connection in order to be connected?

Good Enough?
Many of us have been programmed to live in fear and that fear causes us to settle and have a life that is less than magical and fun. Mediocrity is not fun and if you tell yourself the truth you will agree.

Choosing Excellence
It’s time to get angry about what’s going on and to use that anger to move to a new place of being. The government is not going to take care of us, they can’t - there are far too many special interest groups in the way. No one can or will rescue you but you. If you resonate with even one bit of what I have shared here it may be time to shift your awareness and perspective and change the reality of your life. Your well being is at stake. Wake up and leave the herd!
